Notely
Notely is a secure AI note-taking platform built for organisations that can’t compromise on privacy. At the MVP stage, we partnered with the team to create the brand, messaging, and website that supported their launch. The goal was to build trust in privacy-critical industries and attract early adopters.
Notely had the product: an AI note-taking tool that runs entirely on-premises, giving organisations full control of their data. For industries like defence, legal, and government, that’s a big deal.
What they didn’t have was a brand. At MVP stage, there was no positioning, no identity, and no website to show the value of what they’re building. To launch with confidence and get taken seriously in a crowded, cloud-heavy market they needed all three.
We started with the basics: sharpen the story, cut the jargon, and make the message land. A lean brand strategy defined the values, tone, and positioning (privacy-first, human-first AI).
From there, we built a clean, flexible identity system: a bold logomark, a teal-driven palette with lime highlights, and a no-nonsense typographic voice. All wrapped into a mini brand guide that gave the product structure from day one.
On the digital side, we designed and launched a lightweight website. Clear copy, focused design, and a beta sign-up flow turned it into a tool for building confidence, attracting early users, and supporting investor conversations.
Notely now has a brand that matches its promise. Straightforward, confident, and built to earn trust. The website became the launchpad. It showed the product’s difference in plain terms and gave the team a platform they could actually use.
In privacy-critical industries, trust decides who gets through the door. Notely’s brand and website were built to earn that trust, giving them a credible, confident presence in a space where most AI tools can’t compete.

Matt gave Notely the clarity and presence we needed at launch. The brand and website he created built trust in our vision and gave us the confidence to attract our first users.
